- In what was considered a major change over the last week, Frank Dickerson was named the new Vice President of TNA. Dickerson is a major high-up executive for Panda Energy with a strong legal background and many say his appointment shows that Panda is getting very serious about wanting to make major moves to put the company on the map so to speak.

- The word making the rounds regarding TNA's hopes of a cable deal is that Spike TV appears to be the first candidate, while WGN is a backup plan. There are said to be some within the company that are positive about their recent presentation to Spike TV a few weeks ago despite reports claiming otherwise, although many are taking a "wait and see" approach currently. In general, the feeling is that some type of a deal needs to be signed soon if the company wants to leave Fox Sports Net and take full advantage of the fall season.

- Sonjay Dutt has been added back on the "TNA Superstars" page on TNAwrestling.com. Dutt's deal with TNA expired a few months ago, but was brought back to help repackage the current X Division.
