Former UFC champ to be a guest referee at Hard Justice on 5/15
On Tuesday, April 26, 2005 at 4:23 PM EST - Dave Meltzer of WrestlingObserver.com is reporting that tonight at the TNA Impact! tapings in Orlando, FL at Universal Studios, former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Tito Ortiz will be announced as the special guest referee for the Jeff Jarrett vs. AJ Styles NWA World Heavyweight Title main event at the Hard Justice PPV next month on May 15.
Ortiz is a very big pro wrestling fan and was in negotiations with WWE at one point during his UFC career. He is also good friends with several wrestlers including Bill Goldberg and Rey Mysterio.
