- Despite reports coming out the last few weeks or so that Dusty Rhodes' status as head booker of TNA could be coming to an end soon, Rhodes remained in control as booker at the Impact! tapings last night in Orlando.

- AJ Styles did not wrestle on any of the three tapings last night in Orlando. Instead, he cut promos backstage hyping his NWA World Title Match against Jeff Jarrett next month at Hard Justice on May 15.

- "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan and former WWF/WWE star Mideon were backstage at the tapings as both are from the area. Duggan was spotted taking pictures with some fans before the tapings got underway. Mideon often visits the tapings to hang out with his good friends backstage.
