More details on RAW rating, european tour + morale high with workers
On Thursday, April 28, 2005 at 1:39 PM EST - To add on the final RAW rating from this past Monday on 4/25, the first hour scored 3.9 while the second scored a 4.0. We reported yesterday that the final number was a 4.0 cable rating with a 5.9 share.
- The WWE crew and wrestlers have all returned home from the recent tour of Europe and are no doubt enjoying a well deserved break. Both brands have a light schedule this coming weekend as the RAW brand will only have two shows this weekend - Backlash PPV on Sunday and RAW live in Boston, MA. The SmackDown brand only has a TV taping this Tuesday night in Trenton, NJ. We will have more on the schedule this weekend tomorrow as well.
- It should be noted that the overall morale among WWE wrestlers at this time is higher than it has been for quite some time. One of the big reasons for this is that many will be making bigger bonuses due in part to the recent European tour paying off so well. Also, many wrestlers got big bonus checks after appearing in the recent "RAW vs. SmackDown" video game on PS2 console. To sum it up, better money equals happier workers in the company.
