ROH News: Change of Stipulation for Homicide/Danielson + Other Notes
On Friday, April 29, 2005 at 1:21 PM EST -ROH posted the following in regards to the unfortunate death of Chris Candido: "The Ring Of Honor family would like to extend our deepest condolences to the friends and family of Chris Candido. Chris touched a lot of ROH fans and people within the ROH organization. You will never be forgotten Chris."
-ROH's return to the Boston area will be September 24th. The event will be held at the same building the 4/16 show was in.
-To follow up the note posted yestersday about Samoa Joe working the midwest doubleshot, ROH has now confirmed that Joe will be at both shows.
-James Gibson has signed for Death Before Dishonor III in New Jersey on June 18th.
-ROH has changed the stipulation for the winner of the Bryan Danielson/Homicide Cage match on 5/13. Instead of the winner facing Austin Aries for sure the following night, now the winner will get a ROH World Title match, whether it be against Aries, or against Alex Shelley or James Gibson if they win it in their matches against Aries prior to 5/14. The loser of the Homicide/Danielson match will face Doug Williams, who will be making a return to ROH for the Midwest doubleshot in May.
