TNA makes mention of Chris Candido's passing during Impact! yesterday
On Saturday, April 30, 2005 at 1:26 AM EST - PWInsider.com's Mike Johnson is reporting that TNA made mention of Chris Candido's passing during both the start and end of Friday's episode of TNA Impact! on Fox Sports Net. TNA's production team rushed to quickly re-edit the show to include a graphic closing the show as some wondered if there was going to be any time to add a mention due to Candido's sudden passing on Thursday night.
The April 29th episode came to a close with a promo by Candido putting over The Naturals defeating America's Most Wanted for the NWA World Tag Team Championships, with The Naturals dedicating the win to Candido as he interfered during the match to cause the title change.
