Pro's from the Palace (#19) - Information on Wrestlemania 21, the game
On Saturday, April 30, 2005 at 7:49 PM EST Referring back to my #16 column, where I wrote a scathing review of Wrestlemania 21, for XBox, I had promised to investigate the situation further.
Well, I didn't. Why? It's called three kids. I'm sorry.
However, thanks to a faithful reader of Wrestleview, Zyane, I was given some information about the situation regarding this game.
Apparently, there was a problem replicating the disc en masse. They have issued an auto-update on XBOX live to fix it initially, or they have set up an 800 number to instruct non XBOX live customers the procedure for a replacement disc, at no cost.
YOU MUST call this phone # to get the disc. It will require you to UPS the disc to the replicator, through paperwork they send to you, and once they receive it, they will resend the disc (not the case) to you within 2 business days. It will take 2 business days to get the paperwork, and 2 business days to get the new disc once they receive it.
You do not send in the actual case, just the CD.

The number is 866-635-2345. Be patient, it took me three tries, and a lot of hold time before they responded, but they did, on a saturday night, no less.
Thanks again, Zyane, for telling me. I am a lot happier now that eventually, I'll get my monies worth for this thing.
