A hot rumor making the rounds among many within TNA is that the Jarrett's are intentionally trying to sabotage the promotion in order to devalue it in any way to the Carter family (who are Panda Energy financial backers for TNA) and sell it off cheaper to a new investor who is currently in-waiting. Again, please take this only as a strong rumor at this point as any talk regarding this situation could simply be nothing at all.

Monty Brown's contract with TNA recently roled over, but he was obligated to appear at the Hard Justice PPV last Sunday on May 15. It should be noted that if Brown was to ever get an offer from WWE, he could buy out his contract with TNA for a somewhat small fee. However, TNA has no intentions of letting Brown go and are in the process of starting a strong push for him in the coming months after his character took a backseat in the last few months or so under different bookers.

In regards to the new booking committee in TNA recently taking over starting with the Hard Justice PPV, one TNA wrestler joked describing them as quote "the whitest, nerdiest, most non-hip, non-getting-laid guys I can think of. That's a problem, no matter how much they know about wrestling." For those unaware, the new booking committee consists of Mike Tenay, Scott D'Amore, Jeremy Borash, Dutch Mantel and Bill Banks.
