John Carter sent in the following... According to IGN.com's list of TV shows that are cancelled or being picked up for another season, WWE Heat and WWE Velocity are cancelled. For more, click here.

(Note from Adam Martin: This also will coincide with WWE moving to the USA Network this fall. Both Sunday Night Heat and Velocity were expected to be canceled along with The WWE Experience in favor or what appears to only be one weekend show at this time)

Chris Mate passed along a link to the section for the new show "Automaniac" on The History Channel that will be hosted by Bill Goldberg. For more about the show, click here.

Brett Armstrong sent in the following recap... So I was listening to the Team 1040AM this morning to catch Edge on the Bmac and Ball show, today hosted by Ball and BC Lions color man, Julio Caravetta. The interview didn’t last long, no more than about 12-15 minutes, but it was fun, despite the recent goings on involving Edge, I think anyone who has seen him on OTR or the likes knows he’s pretty laid back and fun. They talked about the hectic schedule the wrestlers keep and how in all of April, Edge personally spent around 3 days at home. He’ll be in Tacoma Friday, Vancouver the next day, Victoria, Calgary and then back down to the US. He’ll be facing Kane on all this weekends house shows, and they discussed how big Kane is and in comparison Edge seems small to which Edge commented, "It’s weird when I’m around ‘normal’ people, because I forget that I’m actually a pretty big guy." They talked about some of the old school guys like Piper and Flair and how they’d both be at the shows, and some Mongolian guy and “The Frog”. They mentioned briefly Vince Sr’s passing on this day, which of course led to a couple quick question about Vince Jr as it usually does. Edge said, "He’s one of those guys who walks into the room and you immediately notice him, you turn your head, but he’s always been a good guy, always done right by me, so I’ve got no complaints." They discussed a couple of Edge’s finer moments and career highlights, one recollection saw Edge and Christian wrestling in a barn in Tennessee in front of just 6 people sitting on bails of hay. Finally they finished off by briefly chatting about Edge’s education from Humber (I believe) College where he actually took radio broadcasting as a fallback career although he always sort of knew he’d make it as a wrestler because he wanted it so much.

This is just me editorializing, but Edge has caught some serious heat over the last little while, all brought on himself and he deserves it, don’t get me wrong but he always seems to be a nice typical friendly Canadian (at least up here) and really doesn’t seem like a bad guy. Keep in mind that his situation happens every single day, and no one says anything, just because he’s in the public doesn’t mean his private life should be.
