The following took place on Tuesday in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada:
Dark Match: - George King defeated Harry Smith.
WWE Velocity Tapings (Air Date - June 4):
- The Basham Brothers defeated Teddy Hart & J.D. Michaels.
- Paul London defeated Chavo Guerrero & Akio in a Triple Threat Match to retain the WWE Cruiserweight Title.
- WWE U.S. Champion Orlando Jordan defeated Shannon Moore in a Non-Title Match.
WWE SmackDown Tapings (Air Date - June 2):
- Carlito's Cabana: Carlito announces that the Big Show wouldn't be here because of the attack by Matt Morgan last week. Carlito then introduces this week's guest, WWE Champion John Cena. Cena made fun of Matt Morgan and compared him to Michael Cole. Both talked about the upcoming draft on Monday and how this could be their last night together. Cena announces that he went to SmackDown GM Teddy Long to make a tag team match for later tonight with Carlito & Matt Morgan vs. Cena and The Big Show, who Cena said would be here tonight before the show was over.
- WWE Tag Team Champions MNM defeated Hardcore Holly & Charlie Haas in a 15 Minute Match where the team who got the most falls won. MNM won 2 falls to 1.
- Backstage, Booker T demanded that his wife Sharmell be taken out of her scheduled match with Kurt Angle tonight. Long said he can't do that, but did agree to add Booker to the match making it a Handicap Match.
- Kurt Angle came out and started to taunt Tazz on the mic. Angle talked about how Tazz disrespected Angle when he appeared at an ECW event in 1996. A clip was shown from the event where Tazz told Angle that he might be a great amateur wrestler, but that he was a great professional. Angle then told Tazz that WWE made him a superstar, not ECW. He invited Tazz to join his group of SmackDown volunteers at the ECW One Night Stand PPV.
- Kurt Angle defeated Booker T & Sharmell in a Handicap Match. The match ended when the referee got knocked out, Angle took out Booker with a few chairshots and then rolled up Sharmell when she tried to slap him. Angle then started to mount Sharmell on the mat after getting the pinfall and Booker broke it up.
- Heidenreich defeated Devon Nicholson.
- Backstage, Torrie Wilson, Joy, Michelle and Miss Jackie were interrupted by Mark Jindrak. He brought up the draft to them and noted that if he stays on SmackDown, he hopes they get better Divas since the current ones are old.
- JBL defeated Nunzio ended in an ECW Rules Match.
Before the match, JBL got on the mic and ran down ECW. He said ECW is the reason we see brutal matches today. JBL called Paul Heyman a liar and a bad business man. He said Lance Storm couldn't sell out an arena if the tickets and beer were free and that the only thing Blue Meanie ever did was marry a porn star. JBL announced that he would not allow ECW to invade his hometown of New York and will join the crusade against ECW. He taunted at Nunzio, calling him by his ECW moniker Little Guido and proposed an ECW Rules Match. Nunzio agreed and took out all the Cabinet Members with a kendo stick until JBL knocked him out with a big boot. Orlando Jordan & The Bashams held Nunzio as JBL hit him with the kendo stick a few times and then pinned him.
- Backstage, Booker T blames Teddy Long for what happened to Sharmell in the ring. Booker demands a match with Kurt Angle next week. Long said if Booker isn't drafted to RAW this week, he will have his match.
- WWE Champion John Cena & Big Show defeated Carlito & Matt Morgan.
Post-Taping Dark Match:
- John Cena defeated JBL & Orlando Jordan in a Handicap Match.
