WWE conference call earlier today, notes on possible trades and Japan
On Thursday, June 30, 2005 at 2:50 PM EST WWE held a conference call earlier this morning. Some very interesting things were discussed including the ECW One Night Stand buyrate estimates and one investor strongly addressing the McMahons decision to take money out of the company without using their cash reserve to buy back an exisiting shares (which would drive up the stock price in turn). We will have a full report from that conference along with a press release detailing WWE's fourth quarter results very soon.

As reported on Tuesday, according to draft rules, both RAW and SmackDown will be able to "trade" wrestlers until Midnight tonight. An announcement is expected regarding this situation some time after SmackDown on WWE.com. We will be sure to cover this tonight if anything does break regarding any wrestlers jumping brands.
WWE will be heading to Saitama, Japan tomorrow for two "Supershows" on Friday and Saturday. After that, all workers will head to Sacramento, CA for a dual RAW and SmackDown taping like last week.
