A new video of Matt Hardy speaking on his 90 day period with World Wrestling Entertainment expiring is now available for viewing on thematthardyshow.com. (Note: Allow the video a minute or two to load as it will detect your settings)

Filmed last night, the video shows Hardy in a hot tub speaking of today (July 11) as his birthday or "Independence Day" given that his 90 day no compete clause with WWE has now officially expired making him a free man. In the video, Hardy first thanks those in WWE including the McMahon family and all the wrestlers that made him who he is today. He also speaks of TNA, Ring of Honor, ECW and the independent scene as a whole. Hardy doesn't forget to speak of Adam "Edge" Copeland and Amy "Lita" Dumas either, keeping that for the end of the video address.

It is a very interesting video to watch as Hardy is entering a very exciting period of his career at the moment, especially given that deal obviously didn't fully blossom between himself and WWE regarding a rumored return. Hardy is scheduled to debut for Ring of Honor this Saturday in Woodbridge, Connecticut against current TNA X Division Champion Christopher Daniels. On a related TNA note, Hardy is also rumored to be heading there as well and debuting at the No Surrender this Sunday, July 17, in Orlando, FL.
