After Matt Hardy's surprise appearance on Monday Night Raw this past Monday, WWE and Hardy have been keeping with the Brian Pillman inspired "shoot" aspects of this storyline. To that end Matt Hardy "blasted" WWE on his website, TheMattHardy.com, on Tuesday. He appeared on WWE.com's Internet show Byte This this past Wednesday "confronting" Lita, who was the in studio guest.

In promoting the storyline and Matt Hardy's new "shoot" character, Hardy will be appearing at some events this weekend (of which he had previously booked before his WWE return). Saturday night he will appear at the Ring Of Honor event in Woodbridge, CT where he will take on Christopher Daniels in his ROH debut.

But the more interesting possible appearance is the one that Dave Meltzer of WrestlingObserver.com reported on today. There is a rumor, and at this point we stress that it is just a RUMOR, that WWE has been in contact with TNA to allow Matt Hardy to appear on this Sunday's TNA Pay Per View Event, No Surrender. According to Meltzer, WWE is willing to allow Hardy to appear while TNA has not yet agreed.

Obviously if this were to happen it would be huge as WWE will have allowed one of their superstars (in a main storyline no less) to appear at both of their competitor's shows (one that is a Pay Per View event) during the same weekend.
