Former WWE star and ECW Champion Rhino (who has gone back to the old spelling of his name since WWE owns the copyright to the "Rhyno" name) has now officially signed a deal with TNA. Rhino made his debut for the company at the No Surrender PPV this past Sunday. He will also appear on numerous episodes of Impact! that will stream online the next four weeks on TNAwrestling.com.

TNA recently copyrighted the name "Kip James" for Billy Gun/The Outlaw. The company also trademarked "The James Gang", which at this point has led many to believe that will be the name of the team when Kip & BG James reunite.

The company also copyrighted the name "Unbreakable", which is the title of the upcoming pay per view event on September 11th.
