TSN edits match during RAW, Hassan update and WWE Tag Team Titles
On Tuesday, July 26, 2005 at 3:54 AM EST WWE RAW on TSN in Canada was said to be heavily edited last night during the close of the Kane vs. Edge Stretcher Match. When Kane grabbed Lita by the throat at the top of the ramp, TSN cut away to a commercial. They later came back to the match, but went to break again before Kane's Tombstone on Lita could be seen. These numerous edits caused the brawl between Edge and Matt Hardy to not be seen by Canadian fans. This of course is no surprise as TSN has a history of not wanting to show male-on-female violence in any way.

WWE.com has posted a brief message regarding the status of Muhammad Hassan, nothing that at this point "it is doubtful that he will return to action." To read the statement, click here.
On the SmackDown Superstars page over on WWE.com, the WWE Tag Team Titles have been removed from the top area. The only champions listed include World Heavyweight Champion Batista, WWE United States Champion Orlando Jordan and WWE Cruiserweight Champion Paul London. Whether this was done on purpose or was a simple mistake is unknown. The title history for the belts is still up and running however here. (Thanks to Andrew Renaldo & Kyle for sending word about this)
