Recap of D-Von Dudley's GIR interview on AudioWrestling.com

D-Von Dudley was a guest on the 8/3/05 edition of the Get In The Ring wrestling radio show heard exclusively on the AudioWrestling.com site! The show is now playing in Real Audio for FREE!

D-Von was asked to explain his contract situation with WWE. D-Von explained that himself and Bubba Dudley are still under contract to WWE through August 26th and are still on call to WWE to appear on any Raw or Smackdown event that takes place between now and then.

D-Von blames the entire anti-Dudley movement by WWE on Johnny Ace. D-Von goes off (in detail) on Johnny for ruining their contact negotiations with WWE.

D-Von says there is no heat between The Dudley's and Jim Cornette. D-Von explained the situation that took place years ago that started the rumors and explained it in more detail.

D-Von says that he has received several calls from Batista. D-Von and Batista worked together for a brief period and D-Von says that Batista is very appreciative for the help D-Von gave him and D-Von puts over Batista for that.

D-Von talks alot about behind the scenes of the ECW One Night Stand ppv including JBL. D-Von puts over JBL as one tough guy.

D-Von says he gets along great with Triple H.

D-Von is at Universal Studios during the interview and says there is a great chance that The Dudley Boys could be in TNA and Japan after August 26th. D-Von says there is life after WWE! D-Von later says to not count The Dudley's completely out of WWE just yet and don't rule out seeing them again in WWE three years down the line because The Dudley's feel they are still on very good terms with Vince.

This was just some of what was discussed in what was a tremendous 40+ minute interview on D-Von's birthday, happy birthday D-Von!

The entire interview and all editions of Get In The Ring can be heard only on AudioWrestling.com.
