As Ben Bauer reported last night, former TNA star and current WWE star, Frankie Kazarian has asked for his release from World Wrestling Entertainment. Well some new information has come out on his motivation for going to WWE management and asking for his release from the company (which according to his official website he’s been granted).

Apparently this all started a few months ago when Kazarian went to WWE management and asked to be released from his deal as he joined the company in February and still hadn’t been used. He pretty much told them that he wanted to be released if they were not intending to use him. WWE then put him on Velocity in a small push with wins over, Nunzio, Scotty 2 Hotty, Funaki, and Paul London and was even granted microphone time.

Even though he never appeared on Smackdown itself it did appear that WWE was going to begin pushing him. Even with those wins he still wasn’t happy with his position in WWE. Things got even worse when WWE decided recently to relax on the high flying moves like, 450’s, shooting star presses, etc which Kazarian was not at all in favor of. Reportedly the last straw was when WWE management approached him about cutting off his hair and changing his look (which they’ve done in the past with Test, and Christian).

Add all of this together and that is the reasons why Frankie Kazarian went to WWE management this weekend and informed them that he wanted out of his deal, to which WWE has reportedly granted. Kazarian will give a statement to his official website later on this week about his release and we of course will be following this story and will have any updates right here on WrestleView.com
