According to reports, there is said to be some heat on Bill DeMott at the moment in regards to some of his training methods in the new Deep South Wrestling WWE developmental territory located in Georgia. DeMott has been reportedly playing the role of a "drill sergeant" by running many of the developmental talent through strains of non-stop training. There was also reports of DeMott verbally threatening trainees saying they would be released if they didn't "bust their asses" so to speak in a way to motivate them. Word got back to WWE management about this taking place and saw many of the developmental talents get calls about it. Some are defending DeMott's form of training noting that Deep South is being used as a place where developmental talent are prepared for OVW and a possible run on one of the WWE's main rosters.

It appears the WWE's version of the Blue World Order in 2005 may have already ran its course on the SmackDown brand. The Blue Meanie has not been brought back to the SmackDown tapings since The Great American Bash PPV in July and Steven Richards has all but done away with his "Big Stevie Cool" gimmick on his last two appearances on Velocity. Richards bio on WWE.com still reflects his BWO gimmick however, although you can't look into that as much given how overlooked those sections are.

TV.com has a section listing for Brock Lesnar and is currently noting that one of Lesnar's upcoming appearances will be taking place at WWE SummerSlam 2005 on August 21. This obviously doesn't 100% confirm Lesnar being at the event this Sunday, but is still interesting nonetheless. To check it out, click here. (Thanks to Chris Day & DMR for sending word)
