- WWE has banned the use of the 450 Splash and the Shooting Star Press. The banning of the moves was decided after several injuries have occured due to the use of the move, most recently to Paul London, by Juventud Guererra.

The banning of the moves resulted in Paul London having a one-on-one talk with Vince McMahon. London insisted that the high spot moves are what the cruiserweights have to distinguish themselves from every other wrestler on the roster. The smaller wrestlers are not going to be out there executing "big man" moves.

London's talk with McMahon was said to be sincere, but none the less, a week later London lost the Cruiserweight title to Nunzio. It goes to show if you stand up to McMahon, you are putting your fate in his hands, and the so called "negativity" from London, resulted in his loss of the title, as well as a "whiney" sounding promo.

However, London is off the road currently in order to attend some personal family issues. Management is hoping that London will re-freshed and with a better mindset for these new rules.
