Change of plans with Rhodes, Foley done with ROH, & TNA commercials
On Tuesday, September 6, 2005 at 12:34 AM EST According to reports, it appears Dusty Rhodes will not be starting his new position as a member of the WWE creative team at the SmackDown tapings tonight in Atlanta, GA as previously thought. A change of plans has reportedly taken place. We hope to get more word on this soon.
Mick Foley will be working his final date with Ring of Honor on September 17th at the Glory by Honor IV event in Valley Forge, Long Island. Foley's new deal with WWE will prevent him from appearing in Ring of Honor, although Foley will be allowed to work limited dates for smaller independent promotions or conventions. Foley first debuted in ROH a year ago and has made numerous appearances since then.

Two commercials hyping the debut of TNA Impact on Spike TV this October 1st once again played during WWE RAW last night. This commercial was a big improvement on the original promo that aired the week prior. This new promo is expected to air during Velocity and Sunday Night Heat later this week as well. Spike will be running new TNA commercials the next three weeks until RAW moves to the USA Network.
