WWE makes writing team change, Hardcore Homecoming, Jericho note
On Thursday, September 8, 2005 at 4:05 PM EST Bob Ryder of 1wrestling.com is reporting that Rudy Fischamann was removed from WWE's creative writing team this week. The reason given for his removal was that he was considered to be too much of a "mark" when speaking with WWE wrestlers.
Hardcore Homecoming has announced matches for the 9/17 Pittsburgh, PA show at the Golden Dome. Jerry Lynn vs. Justin Credible, Shane Douglas vs. Pitbull Gary Wolfe in a Dog Collar Match and Sabu vs. The Sandman in a "Stairway to Hell" Match have all been signed.
Streetdogg23 sent word that despite Chris Jericho's on-air "firing" a few weeks ago, they were still promoting upcoming Fozzy concerts on the main page of WWE.com. That section has since been removed for the time being in favor of a "Friday Night SmackDown Countdown."
