WWE's current writing team now consists of around 10 members, although many wrestlers have yet to be introduced or even remember some by name given how fast they have been brought in. Stephanie McMahon is the head of the creative team that includes Michael Hayes, Ted DiBiase and Dusty Rhodes. David Lagana is the head writer for SmackDown, while Ed Koskie is the head writer for RAW in Gerwertz's absense. Bruce Prichard is also involved with conference calls every week. It should be noted that David Lagana is being moved to WWE's New Media Department that is headed up by Shane McMahon, so Dusty Rhodes is expected to be the head writer of SmackDown very soon. Court Bauer (who Ben Bauer wishes he was related to) continues to do the formatting for Velocity, although it is unknown what role he will have once the show is canceled in October.

The official website for UPW has a story regarding Triple H stopping by the promotion's dojo recently to shoot a new commercial. The article includes photos as well. For more, click here.

A new commercial has been airing on the USA Network showing Vince McMahon and a few WWE superstars sitting around a breakfast table in a nice, two-story house. McMahon brings up that they are moving and then the various WWE stars start "packing" for it. Carlito is shown packing sand, Roddy Piper is shown packing his bagpipes and the Divas are shown fighting. John Cena is then shown walking out the front door raising the WWE Title high as pyro goes off near the porch followed by Triple H hitting a table with a sledgehammer. It concludes with Vince McMahon driving a big 4-wheel truck and dragging a WWE ring. The camera then shows the aftermath of what took place at the house with a referee chasing the truck.
