- The new ROH World Champion "American Dragon" Bryan Danielson will make his first title defense on 10/14 in Cleveland. He will face Austin Aries. If Danielson retains, the belt will be on the line the next night when Danielson faces the returning Steve Corino.

- The 6 Survival of the Fittest qualifing matches for this Saturday have been signed. The winners will advance to the 6 man elimination finals. The matches are, Austin Aries vs. Jimmy Rave, Colt Cabana vs. Ricky Reyes, James Gibson vs. Christopher Daniels, Roderick Strong vs. Jerrelle Clark, Sal Rinauro vs. Jay Lethal and Samoa Joe vs. Milano Collection AT.

- After his successful Pure Title defence last night against Roderick Strong, Nigel McGuinness will defend the title against BJ Whitmer this Saturday.

- James Gibson is still commited to the next events that he is singed for. For the 10/1 and 10/2 double-shot weekend, Gibson gets to pick his opponents as a "thank you" from ROH for what he did there. For the 10/1 show, Gibson has selected his former Jung Dragon partner, Jimmy Yang, also known as Akio in the WWE.

- Jay Lethal will get a Pure Title shot in the near future.

- Colt Cabana vs. Homicide in a No DQ match has been signed for ROH's return to Long Island on 11/19.

- Look for Samoa Joe to make a run at the Tag Team Titles. Joe wants to be the first man in ROH to win all 3 belts.

- ROH will reveal it's new authority figure live in Philadelphia at the 10/2 event.
