Jeff sent this in: Friday Night Smackdown was pre-empted by the Red Sox game on Friday evening. Smackdown has yet to be shown in Boston (on UPN 38) since it moved to Friday nights. The show will be shown on Saturday (tonight) at 8:00 p.m. It should be noted that in the event of a rain delay, Smackdown is not shown either, but instead either Red Sox programming or an infomercial, due to the fact that if the game were to resume, Smackdown would be interrupted unannounced.

Chris Day sent this in: I just thought I'd report that on Dish Network Smackdown has been pre-empted for the 3rd week in a row do to NY Yankee Baseball. However, according to Dish Network Guide, it will not be shown at all this week. I don't know if this is true or not but it looks like I'm not watching Smackdown this week.

Rudd sent in the following IGN updates: IGN have added 5 new superstars this week to their countdown. The only difference is that as of 9:00 on friday night, the videos of Joy Giovanni haven't been added. Snitsky can be found here, Spike Dudley can be found here, Danny Basham can be found here, The Heart Break Kid Shawn Michaels can be found here and Joy Giovanni can be found here.
