TNA President on Matt Hardy, new Bound for Glory PPV match, Diamond

Despite earlier reports stating that some in TNA were upset that Matt Hardy chose to return to WWE instead of going with a TNA deal, TNA President Dixie Carter showed no hard-feelings when speaking with Jeff Hardy at the Unbreakable PPV a few weeks ago. Carter was overhead telling Jeff to "say hi to your brother Matt for me" at one point in their conversation. As heavily documented before, Matt Hardy called Dixie the night before his surprising appearance on WWE RAW to let her know that he re-signed with WWE. Even though he informed Dixie of the move, Matt refrained from informing his brother Jeff, parents and even close friends.

TNAwrestling.com announced on Saturday that Abyss vs. Sabu vs. Rhino vs. Jeff Hardy in a No DQ Anything Goes Monster's Ball 2 Match had been added to the card for the Bound for Glory PPV on October 23rd. As reported on earlier, the stipulation for the first Monster's Ball Match (which took place at Victory Road in November of 2004) saw all competitors involved stay in a room for 24 hours with no food, water or light. It isn't know if TNA plans on using that same storyline stipulation this time around.

Simon Diamond has added another column on TNAwrestling.com highlighting his current promotional tour of India along with Sonjay Dutt and Shark Boy. It is a very interesting read as even Diamond himself is surprised to the kind of reaction all three are getting. In another interesting note, Diamond was told from the ESPN Star Sports people that the latest episode of TNA Xplosion drew a .6 rating, the same rating WWE programming has drawn in the country for the last five years. He added, "ESPN believes we will overtake them after we leave and our ground work has taken hold." For more, click here.
