WWE gets upset over TNA action figures, Douglas interview, & Diamond
On Friday, September 30, 2005 at 12:07 PM EST At the Toys R' Us "flagship store" in New York City in Times Square, some TNA action figures were sitting on shelves in a section that was specifically designed for WWE toys and action figures. When World Heavyweight Champion Batista was brought to the store by WWE a few weeks ago for an autograph signing, they saw the TNA toys and were said to be extremely upset. The TNA figures were then moved on the spot to a bin outside of the WWE section.
Slam! Sports recently conducted an interview with Shane Douglas in regards to TNA's debut on Spike TV tomorrow night. The topic of Douglas returning to a TNA ring is also talked about. For more, click here.
