According to reports, the segment on RAW last night with Steve Austin stunning the entire McMahon family may have gone longer than previously expected and caused other remaining segments to be rushed. This hasn't been confirmed however as it may have been planned to go that long and others segments have come up shorter than originally planned.

The general feeling among many within WWE management was that the return show to USA last night was a "home run." There are some that feel the show has the chance to at least draw a 5.0 rating, which is something the company hasn't drawn since 2001 and 2002. It should also be noted that many people in management feel already that the move back to USA in itself will turn around the RAW product.

In a "Monday Night War" note, WWE was indeed monitoring what UFC programming was doing on Spike TV last night when both shows were going head-to-head. Even though it was a one night deal, there was some feeling of the old Monday Night Wars among WWE management, although they didn't take it nearly as seriously as they did when facing WCW.
