Matt Hardy spotted w/ Diva & the latest on WWE vs. BigVanVader site
On Tuesday, October 11, 2005 at 12:47 AM EST - Matt Hardy confirmed on his official website, TheMattHardy.com, that he has been spending significant time with new WWE Diva Ashley Massaro. When reports of Hardy kissing and traveling with Massaro sparked a flurry of mixed responses in the situation’s official discussion thread on his site, Matt submitted the following reply:
"I know there's been alot of bickering over this post--but for the record, it is true. Although there's alot of mixed reviews of Ashley in this thread--take it from me--she's an awesome person. I appreciate her. You guys take care and be well. I might interact with you a little more in the immediate future--I got some time off."
- The legal battle between WWE and the owner of BigVanVader.com continues to heat up. The WWE legal team has asked the site’s hosting company to pull the site off of its servers. BigVanVader.com’s owner has countered by stating that the WWE doesn’t have the right of trademark to make the request. Furthermore, he states that the site is simply a fan site dedicated to Leon “Vader” White. Since he makes no money off of the site, he says, he is not trying to take money out of WWE’s pocket or profit off of the trademark—which, for the record, WWE does not own. We’ll continue to provide updates on this escalating legal battle as they become available.
