Russ 'Sweet Stevie Lee' Hardman passes away due to a brain aneurysm
On Thursday, October 13, 2005 at 3:38 PM EST According to reports, Russ Hardman, who wrestled as Sweet Stevie Lee in the Midwest, passed away at 2:30 a.m. yesterday at Akron General Hospital in Ohio. Hardman had been suffering complications of a brain aneurysm over the weekend.
Hardman had worked for many independent promotions in the Michigan and Ohio area and appeared numerous times on editions of WWE Heat and Velocity in the past. Funeral arrangements have not been announced yet. More regarding his passing can be found here.
