Mike Mondo was fined and banned from future OVW House Show events after cursing during a show in Austin, Indiana this past Friday. Mondo, a WWE developmental talent, was spoken to by OVW owner Danny Davis about what he did and how him cursing could cause the company to lose a sponsor. The general feeling among many is that Mondo will end up being brought back to future House Show events once the situation blows over.
Former ECW & TNA star Kid Kash was scheduled to work SmackDown House Show events this past weekend against Juventud for the WWE Cruiserweight Title, but was pulled from all events due to a violation of the company's continued dress code. Kash had attended the meeting where Vince McMahon "layed out the law" so to speak on the dress code and was then spotted the next morning at 5 a.m. in the airport in a t-shirt and jeans. Kash was then moved back down to the Deep South Wrestling developmental promotion and some feel he could end up being dropped from his WWE deal for not following the rules. We hope to have more on this situation as it develops.
