According to a report from WSOC TV in Charlotte, NC, Ric Flair is currently facing assault charges following a road rage incident on I-485 in Charlotte. According to the other driver, Flair attacked him and his car following the incident. When more is reported about this situation, we will have it here. Although plans could change, Flair isn't expected to be at RAW tonight in Cleveland.

Tomorrow night's SmackDown Special on UPN will be airing around 10:30pm ET in the Philadelphia market. The show is being pushed back due to Flyers hockey.
