Smackdown Tapings (Air date: 12/30)

- Booker T was on crutches backstage. He was talking to Teddy Long and told Long that since he's injured and he's leading the best-of-7 series against Benoit, that he should be declared the winner. Long said that if Booker T can't wrestle, then he forfeits the match, Booker T wasn't happy about it and asked for a substitute, Long agreed.

- Matt Hardy defeated JBL by countout. Boogeyman stalked JBL.

- Mexicools defeated the Dicks.

- Backstage, Orlando Jordan volunteered to face Chris Benoit. Booker T and his wife started laughing at him, since he would tap out right away. Orlando said that he would remember that.

- Melina held a fake press conference where she said to be upset with what Batista did. She said that she's going to sue him for sexual harassment.

- Booker T asked Randy Orton to be the substitute and Orton accepted.

- Chris Benoit defeated Randy Orton by DQ. Sharmell hit Benoit with one of the crutches and didn't realize that she got Orton disqualified. After the match, Orton delivered the RKO on Benoit. Booker T now leads the series 3-2.

- Kid Kash was being interviewed by Funaki. Shortly after, Kash attacked Funaki and gave him the brainbuster.

- Bobby Lashley defeated Sylvan Grenier by countout.

- There was a video package hyping up the return of Fit Finlay.

- MNM defeated Batista & Rey to regain the tag titles. Mark Henry returned and attacked Batista giving MNM the win.
