-On his official website, Gregory Helms noted that he had two grandmothers hospitalized over the Christmas holiday. He also noted that one of his grandmothers passed away, which is the reason Helms isn't on the road with the RAW brand this week. All of us here at Wrestleview extend out deepest condolences to Helms and his family.

-There is an article in the Allentown Morning Call noting Ric Flair attending the Bethlehem Holiday Wrestling Classic. Flair's son Reid took part in the event, finishing sixth in his weight class. The full article can be found here.

-Mike Mondo and Ken Doane have had their name changed from "The Team Spirit" to the "Spirit Squad". I don't think a name change will get any more people to buy into this gimmick.
