According to reports, Hiroshi Tanahashi of New Japan Pro Wrestling will be coming to TNA and facing AJ Styles at the upcoming Final Resolution PPV on January 15, 2006.

Mike Tenay has reportedly proposed an idea of introducing X Division Tag Team Championships for 2006 in TNA. Some feel it might be too early to introduce that idea given the small amount of TV time the company gets each week on Spike TV to build towards the monthly PPV events.
