'Mean' Gene Okerlund confirmed as next inductee into the Hall of Fame
On Tuesday, February 28, 2006 at 12:47 AM EST It was officially announced on WWE Monday Night RAW last night that "Mean" Gene Okerlund will be an inductee into the 2006 WWE Hall of Fame this year on April 1 at the Rosemont Theatre in Chicago, IL. Hulk Hogan will be inducting Okerlund into the Hall of Fame.
Others also announced for the ceremony this year includes Bret Hart and the late Eddie Guerrero. Reports on Monday have indicated that Tony Atlas is also a lock for the ceremony this year. Other rumored names include Arn Anderson and Sherri Martel.
