Not so fast says WWE and TNA sources about Shannon Moore reports...
On Wednesday, March 15, 2006 at 10:45 PM EST Wade Keller of the Pro Wrestling Torch is reporting that according to sources within both TNA and WWE, Shannon Moore has yet to sign a new deal with WWE as of this evening.
The Wrestling Observer and PWInsider.com both stated that Moore's deal with WWE had been final as of today. There were also reports that WWE had issued an official statement through their new cell phone service confirming Moore's signing.
It should be noted that although TNA offered Moore a contract months ago, he never signed it and wanted it revised. While TNA was revising this contract, Moore was then reportedly told that WWE was interested in bringing him in. It was also reported earlier that if Moore returns to WWE, he would be sent to Deep South Wrestling. However, a WWE source has stated that if Moore agrees to a WWE deal, he would be sent to the SmackDown brand and re-teamed with Matt Hardy immediately.
