After Brett introduced Rob he talked about winning the Money In The Bank match, and he said that some fans have congratulated him on the street, it makes him feel like he’s accomplished something. He said that he enjoyed last year’s Money In The Bank, but this year’s was better obviously because he was in the match. RVD was then asked about cashing in his Money In The Bank title shot at ECW One Night Stand, and he said it looks like the best possibility right now, and he wants it to be there because it’s his environment. Rob said that he sees the positives in facing HHH, Cena, and Edge for the title at One Night Stand, but that he would like to face Edge due to Edge’s hardcore style. RVD then talked about the reactions that John Cena has been getting, he said that Cena should “possibly" be turned heel, but he said that it’s something that he’d really have to think about. Brett then asked Rob if he trained to comeback, he said that he was offered to go to OVW, but that he turned it down, and trained in UPW’s ring in LA instead. Rob then said that he’s happy that Paul Heyman is booking in OVW, because it’s much better than him just sitting at home full of ideas, he also stated that if Paul went to TNA or started up a new company that it wouldn't damage the WWE, but that Paul could help TNA or another company a lot. He said that the WWE is way above of any other company including TNA when it comes to ratings, merchandising, PPV buys, etc.

Sanman then asked Rob about TNA and he said it’s great that TNA are getting better talent and better production, his first opinions of it was that he liked what it stood for, but he didn’t like the studio feel, Rob said that he wrestled at Universal Studios in 1991, at Soundstage 23, right by where TNA run today. He also stated that it’s a great alternative and another place to go for the boys. Brett then asked Rob what he would do if he left the WWE, retire or go to TNA. He said that both would be options, but he’d weigh both options out at that time. Rob said that he doesn't want to retire too soon; he thinks he’s got a few good years left in him. Rob then talked about the tough transition from the smaller ECW ring to the 20x20 WWF ring, he said the first time he jumped off the top rope during 2001’s Invasion angle and delivered his one legged kick to Kane it was very difficult, and that he barely hit it. Rob said that now he has mastered doing top rope moves in the WWE ring and he can hit the 5 Star Frog Splash from any position. A fan then asked Rob about Shane McMahon using his Van Terminator and Rob said that he wasn’t aware that Shane was going to use the move, and that he’s never even seen him do it, people just told him about it, Rob stated that he didn't think he was the only person that could do that move, and he wasn't surprised when he found out that somebody else had done it. Rob stated that Shane did it on a much bigger stage, at WrestleMania 17, than when he first did it at ECW's Los Angeles PPV.

Brett then asked Rob about XPW’s Invasion of ECW’s only Los Angeles PPV, and Rob said that it was kind of entertaining, and he said that XPW wanted to make their mark on ECW’s show, but ECW kicked their asses in the parking lot. Rob said that ECW never claimed to be professional, it was a group of renegades, so what they did to the XPW guys was fine. Rob was then asked about the WWE’s new Wellness Program, Rob said that he’s “not too fond of it" because it is kind of “controlling." He also said that he doesn’t like the lack of privacy, Rob went a lot more in-depth with his thoughts on the program, but you’ll have to download the show to find out what else he said in regards to the drug program. Rob stated that after Eddie passed away he went to the doctor’s and got himself checked out extensively, including a heart scan, to make sure that he was healthy. Rob was then asked if there should continue to be ECW reunion PPVs, and Rob said that without a doubt there should be at least annual reunion shows, he also claimed that he thinks that if he were active around the time of One Night Stand he could’ve gotten in Vince’s ear and gotten him to expand the ECW resurrection even more.

Rob also talked extensively about some of his meditation experiences, Hardcore Homecoming, the WWE’s exploitation of Eddie Guerrero’s death, and so much more in this 45 minute interview.
