Coming this month, May, 2006, the Canadian wrestling promotion that helped launch the careers of such stars as Bret and Owen Hart, The British Bulldogs, "Flyin'" Brian Pilman, Lance Storm, Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho and dozens of others is returning to "television"! Stampede Wrestling is set to debut later this month, but you can catch a sneak preview now which is posted in the videos section of wrestletalkradio.com. The promotion has been in existence since 1948 and is still going strong.
Stampede Wrestling is considered the forerunner of today's WWE television programming with its innovative production, storylines and sports entertainment.
Stampede Wrestling -- the brainchild of the legendary Stu Hart -- is making it's comeback, this time to the internet.
