The SmackDown tapings yesterday in Portland where said to be a real mess. There was reportedly five to six rewrites done alone yesterday before the show took place. Although changes are not uncommon, this week was said to have been the worst and that WWE creative is very stressed with balancing storylines already on the brands along with changes for the upcoming launch of the new ECW.

Batista is scheduled to return to SmackDown on Friday, July 7.

WWE has moved back the starting times of their Supershow TV tapings on July 3 in Philadelphia and July 31 in East Rutherford, NJ to 5:30pm. The early guess is that this was done to leave plenty of time to tape ECW TV for the Sci Fi Network.
