WrestleView.com readers may want to be aware of the fact that there's an phishing/virus e-mail going around which falsely claims to be a e-mail from Ring of Honor telling them they've won 8 Ring of Honor videos; and asks for their credit card information. There's no word on how people's names get on this individual's scam list.

A notice of this phishing/virus e-mail was posted early this morning on the CZWfans.com message board, and has been posted on the Ring of Honor message board to make people aware of it.

The e-mails is entitled "June's winner" with a virus comeing to people even if they just open the e-mail...not any link. PLEASE make sure your virus protection is updated and do NOT open any e-mail with this title.

The e-mail comes from an "ROHINFORMER@aol.com" and reads as follows:

"Congratulations You are June's Gold Membership Winner! Your prize is 8 ROH Video's of our choice! Thank you for being a loyal ROH Customer . Your prize will be sent all we need is your address and Credit Card Number you normally use to order from us.
