Atlas Security no longer being used for ECW, July 4th theme, + Crowbar
On Wednesday, July 5, 2006 at 3:18 PM EST Although many were given the impression that they would be used with the brand, Atlas Security was not used at recent ECW House Show events this past weekend. According to reports, WWE had a dispute with Atlas over how they would handle their duties at live events. WWE also reportedly got upset that Atlas was getting in the way of WWE camera angles at the recent ECW One Night Stand PPV. So, as of now, Atlas will not be part of the ECW brand.
The catering area backstage at the ECW taping last night took on an "Independence Day" theme with burgers, hots dogs and other holiday food.
Former WCW star Crowbar was backstage at ECW's TV taping, but wasn't used.
