7/4 ECW on Sci Fi rating, RVD & Sabu court date, + WWE at MSG tickets
On Thursday, July 6, 2006 at 9:23 PM EST The 7/4 edition of ECW on Sci Fi drew a final 1.5 cable rating. Given the July 4th holiday, that number is slightly better than expected, but was still down quite a bit among overall TV viewing for the night.
As noted earlier, the morning court date scheduled today for Rob Van Dam and Sabu has been postponed and no new date has been announced. The Battle Creek Enquirer (RVD's hometown) had a story about the RVD and Sabu bust on the front page of the sports section, while two local radio stations have been giving the story heavy coverage as well.
There is currently an internet presale for the September 11 Monday Night RAW at Madison Square Garden that starts tomorrow at 9am. The show is expected to sellout very fast. The pre-sale code is DEGENERATIONX when purchasing tickets at Ticketmaster.com. Tickets for the public go on sale this Saturday morning at 10am Eastern.
