WWE and Sci Fi officials happy with 7/18 ECW rating, and timeslot notes
On Thursday, July 20, 2006 at 9:50 PM EST Although WWE officials were upset with the rating for Saturday Night's Main Event this past weekend, WWE and Sci Fi management were very happy with the 2.2 cable rating that ECW on Sci Fi hit on Tuesday, especially with the show airing an hour later than usual.
It should be noted that the programming airing on the Sci Fi Network before ECW's debut last month was averaging less than a 1.0, so it is safe to say that the show has been a success in the ratings department despite some rather negative reviews of past shows.
ECW returns to its normal 10pm ET/9pm CT timeslot next week.
