According to some new reports, Samoa Joe has begun to feel slightly jaded about his current push with TNA. Joe has made it clear to TNA's writing team, mainly Scott D'Amore, that he is referred to as a top name on TV, but is never consulted about his character and future ideas like other top stars are in TNA such as Jeff Jarrett, Sting, Christian Cage and Scott Steiner.

As of now, TNA's main focus is on the Jeff Jarrett and Sting feud heading into the Hard Justice PPV next month on August 13. The belief is that TNA will still keep Joe in good company with other top names such as Rhino before he is granted a shot at the NWA World Heavyweight Title. Many have pointed to the Bound For Glory PPV, TNA's "WrestleMania", as the event where Joe will finally get the title after spending a year in the X Division.

Sting was asked to wear an eye patch at the first TV taping last Monday that aired four days after the Victory Road PPV to sell the angle where Jeff Jarrett sprayed gasoline into his eye. According to reports, Sting refused to do it saying it would make him look stupid on TV. One TNA source said this isn't the first time that people have had trouble working with Sting regarding storylines and angles in the company. Another source even described Sting as a quote "pain in the ass" and that he feels nothing is good enough when presented with an idea for TV or PPV.
