Earlier today, Paul Nemer reported, that Hulk Hogan was at Raw tonight and would be appearing on the broadcast.

We now know that, Hogan, WILL NOT be appearing at Raw rather it is a very good Hogan impersonator to take part in a skit titled "Orton Knows Best".

Hulk Hogan will NOT be at Raw tonight, only a very good look alike.
