- TNA posted a news story on their website about TNA Knockout, Traci Brooks, heading to Iraq. She will head to Iraq from August 27 - September 3 as part of a goodwill tour for the troops. Traci will be heading there with playboy models, NFL cheerleaders and TNA will be giving her a camera to take along for footage to be used on TNA programming in the future.

- Tickets for October's Bound For Glory pay per view event from Detroit went on sale Saturday and TNA was said to be thrilled with the first day ticket sales. The event, which will be TNA's first monthly pay per view away from Orlando, moved over 1,000 tickets on Saturday which is a positive sign for the ppv as The Compuware Sports Arena only sits around 3 or 4,000.
