Alex Shelley misquoted in comments about Jeff Hardy in a new interview
On Thursday, August 10, 2006 at 7:33 PM EST WrestleView.com was made aware this evening that the interview recap posted earlier today featuring TNA's Alex Shelley on Monday Night Mayhem (click here) featuring Shelley's open opinion of Jeff Hardy were not direct quotes.
It appears some miscommunication took place when recapping Shelley's appearance on the show took place. Instead of Shelley referring to Jeff Hardy as a "pain in the ass" during the interview, he actually said it was a "pain the ass" to remove the body paint Hardy wore during matches.
Representatives for Monday Night Mayhem are expected to issue a statement about this later tonight.
