Funk's Corner - FC Girls Shine on Monday Night.

Monday was a big day for Funking Conservatory alumni girls.

Lita and Mickie James both who have trained at the Funking Conservatory in Ocala, Florida battled it out on Raw for the WWE Women's Championship with Lita winning the coveted championship belt with some help from Edge who is an alumni of the "Dory Funk Method" of training for professional wrestling. Together, Edge and Lita left the ring with two of the most important belts in WWE.

On the same day, Funking Conservatory Head Referee, Claudia "The Claw" Reiff was the referee on TNA's XPLOSION syndicated TV show, officiating the match between Sonjay Dutt and A1.

All three girls work very hard and are committed to their careers in professional wrestling. They all had to fight hard to achieve so much in the wrestling business.

*With the NWA Upstate 8 2006 Tag Team Tournament just under two weeks away, we have a HUGE announcement in the changing of another Team. The Dungeon Dudes have been replaced by The SAT for this years Upstate 8. Now that all teams have been finalized we can now announce the first round match ups:
