UWA in Canada events, PWA doubleheader reports + NWA Upstate 8

UWA Chaos in the Capital '06, August 24th - Ottawa, Ontario
1) Caster McFear defeated Jason Cage and Colin Oliver Carnage III
2) Dave Titan beat John Rennalls, Matt Gray and Tyler Logan in a 3-on-1 handicap match. Prior to the match, UWA Owner Dave Dalton made sure to let Dave Titan know that for the duration of his contract, his life would be a living hell.
3) The Hickster defeated The Wild Ace
4) Sirelda beat 'Textbook' Tyson Dux with a rollup.
5) Virus vs. Phil Atlas went to a no contest when 'Showtime' Shawn MacMillan ran in and attacked Virus after he hit his twisting 450 Splash.
6) Sudden Impact defeated Aftershock when interference from The Hollywood Hunks backfired and cost Aftershock the match.
7) Tiana Ringer was defeated by Portia Perez
8) SiNN defeated A1 by disqualification when Jeff the Ref caught Chris Rage with the World Heavyweight Championship, thinking he had hit SiNN. After the match, Scott D'Amore attacked SiNN, hitting a beautiful moonsault.
9) In the main event, The War Machine Rhino defeated The Monster Abyss in a Monster's Ball Match, which saw Rhino gore Abyss threw a table TWICE before pinning him.
UWA Heat Wave '06, August 25th - Brockville, Ontario
1) Dave Titan defeated Aftershock in a 2-on-1 Handicap Match. Prior to the match, UWA Owner Dave Dalton, again, cut a promo telling "Super Dave" that it's going to suck to be him for as long as he stays in the UWA.
2) Matt Gray defeated John Rennals
3) Jason Cage defeated Colin Oliver Carnage III with the Spring Breaker
4) The Wild Ace beat The Hickster
5) In a midget match-up, Pee-Wee was defeated by Little Farmer Pete
6) The Hollywood Hunks defeated Sudden Impact to retain the World Tag Team Championship. The match was littered with interferance from Portia Perez, and Caster McFear to the point where Twiggy the Ref lost complete control of the match.
7) Virus defeated 'Showtime' Shawn MacMillan, Caster McFear, and Phil Atlas when he hit the Twisting 450 Splash on Atlas.
8) Chris Rage defeated Tyler Logan with the CKO
9) Sirelda and Tiana Ringer defeated 'Textbook' Tyson Dux and Portia Perez when Sirelda pinned Dux
10) In a Street Fight, The Original SiNN defeated A1 to retain the World Heavyweight Championship. Chris Rage interfered in the match, and SiNN just about hit him with the World Title when A1 shoved him out of the way, and
took the bullet. After the match, a disappointed A1 attacked Chris Rage and nailed a twisting sidewalk slam, and then carted Chris Rage out of the arena in a shopping cart.

Results from the 2006 NWA Upstate 8 Saturday, August 26th at the All Star Sports Arena in Rochester, New York. (Attendance: 500)
First Round
1. The Roadies (Sammy & Dave w/VanAtlas & Nikki Jett) defeated Chris Hero & Chip Stetson
2. Tag Team Champions Up In Smoke (Cheech & Cloudy) defeated The Star Foundation (No Limits Champion "Fabulous" John McChesney & Sterling James Keenan (w/Star Rider)
Upstate owner Hellcat inducted Chip Stetson as the second member and first ever player/coach into the Rochester Wrestling Hall of Fame. Chip thanked Hellcat and the fans for their support over the years, but was interrupted by Johnny Kayfabe. Kayfabe called Stetson a puppet and said the fans never cared about him. Stetson then hit Kayfabe, only to have Hellcat turn on Stetson, proclaiming he was the only wrestling legend in Rochester. Hellcat and Kayfabe continued their attack until Chris Hero came out to make the save.
3. The Backseat Boyz (Trent Acid & Teddy Fine) defeated Team F.I.S.T. (Icarus & Gran Akuma)
4. Rhythm & Booze ("The Tennessee Strangler" Buddy Delmar & Frank The Tank) defeated The New Hart Foundation (Teddy Hart & Ruckus w/Nikki Hart)
Non-tournament match
5. Jimmy Olsen won the the Rochester Rumble battle royal to earn a shot at any Upstate title. Olsen then challenged Upstate Champion Brodie Lee to a title shot, which Lee accepted.
Semifinals
6. The Roadies (w/VanAtlas & Nikki Jett) defeated Tag Team Champions Up In Smoke to win the titles.
7. Rhythm & Booze defeated The Backseat Boyz
Non-tournament match
8. NWA Upstate Heavyweight Champion "The Right Stuff" Brodie Lee defeated Jimmy Olsen
Finals
9. Tag Team Champions The Roadies (w/VanAtlas & Nikki Jett) defeated Rhythm & Booze to win the Upstate 8.
