CAPW PRESENTS “SEPTEMBER SLAUGHTER" LIVE THIS SUNDAY AT TURNER’S HALL
It’s finally coming this Sunday! The next gigantic live event and television taping from the leaders of professional wrestling presentation in the state of Ohio, Cleveland All-Pro Wrestling. “September Slaughter" takes place THIS Sunday afternoon at Turner’s Hall, 7325 Guthrie Avenue, with a 4 p.m. belltime. You will see one of the most competitive CAPW Title defenses of all time as champion “Double C" Claudio Castagnoli defends against the very evenly-matched international star Chris Hero! You will see mat wrestling at its finest as Johnny Gargano attempts to add to his list of world-renowned stars he’s defeated as he battles Nigel McGuiness! And you will see a true battle of the titans as two unstoppable TNA forces collide: The 6’2" 275 lb. “Alpha Male" Monty Brown collides with the 6’8" 350 lb. “Monster" Abyss!
This is just a tip of the iceberg of what you’ll see live at Turner’s Hall. Tickets are on sale at all normal CAPW ticket outlets, as well as will be available at the door the afternoon of the show. This WILL be a taping for CAPW TV on Sports Time Ohio, so this is your chance to have your signs, posters, and faces seen in 3 million homes!
ABYSS RETALIATES TO MONTY BROWN’s COMMENTS
Two weeks ago we printed comments from the “Alpha Male" Monty Brown concerning his battle with Abyss this Sunday, and it goes without saying the former two time Super Bowl participant was quite vocal about predicting victory over the Monster. A CAPW representative was able to track Abyss down at a recent live event and relayed the Alpha Male’s message. Abyss retaliated by threatening our rep and storming out of the room in rage. Hours later, our rep found the monster again…this time in a dark corner of the building. He was rocking back and forth, holding a crumpled piece of paper in his hand. The Monster stared at the paper’s contents, became enraged once again, and ripped the paper in several pieces and stormed away. On closer inspection that paper was a photo of “The Alpha Male" Monty Brown.
If both of these men were unstoppable under normal circumstances, there’s no telling the chaos they’ll cause at Turner’s Hall this Sunday!
FULL CARD FOR SUNDAY‘s “SEPTEMBER SLAUGHTER"
“The Monster" Abyss vs. “Alpha Male" Monty Brown
It’s irresistible force vs. immovable object when 6’8" 350 lbs of Mass Destruction collides with a man who’s competed in 2 Super Bowls, the man who claims the ring is his “Serengeti", 6’2" 280 lbs. of Monty Brown! Both men have unleashed recent paths of destruction, dominating opponents in their path, but what could happen when these two men’s paths are intercepted by the other? Someone’s streak of success comes to an end at Turner’s Hall.
CAPW Heavyweight Title: Claudio Castagnoli vs. Chris Hero
Reigning champion “Double C" and Chris Hero are certainly no strangers to each other. They’ve found themselves as allies and opponents over the years, most recently aligned on an anti-ROH crusade. However, even the most tight-knit forces are susceptible to dissention when gold, glory, and money is at stake. Claudio and Hero set aside their allegiances to battle for Cleveland’s ultimate prize!
CAPW Jr. Heavyweight Title: Matt Stryker vs. Josh Prohibition
Stryker is undefeated in 2006 as reigning Jr. champion and although the tests continue to get stiffer, the all-business Stryker seems to always get the job done. This time he defends against one of the most prolific athletes in the Cleveland area, a man who’s traveled the world over in Josh Prohibition. It’s been several months since Josh has been in a CAPW ring and there’d be no better way to return than to end Stryker’s dominant winning streak.
Nigel McGuiness vs. Johnny Gargano
Gargano’s stock was raised big time when he defeated Alex Shelley at “August Onslaught". Now the big-name tests keep on coming, as Gargano finds himself across the ring from ROH Pure Champion Nigel McGuiness. Nigel brings an exciting hybrid of British and American style wrestling rarely seen in the area. Will it prove too much for the studious prodigy Gargano to overcome?
CAPW Television Championship: Bane vs. Chris Kole
Jason Bane found a newfound focus once CAPW announced it was re-instating a championship he had held and defended quite successfully in the past, the CAPW Television Championship. Since that time, Bane hasn’t looked back and has left dozens of bodies behind on his trail to glory. However, no matter how dominant you are, it’ll take a lot to overcome Chris Kole, an internationally traveled success. Will Bane’s path of dominance continue?
CAPW Tag Team Championship: JT Lightning & Chris Cronus vs. The Aftermath & Tiger Young
With the help of personal advisor Krystal Frost, JT Lightning & Chris Cronus have been unstoppable as a duo. The veteran instincts of Lightning and the raw power of Cronus make this a very complimentary duo, despite each man’s individual insecurities. This Sunday, two of CAPW’s youngest prospects join together in an attempt to put their name on the map. Will youthful exuberance and heart overcome experience and strength?
Lorelei Lee vs. Sumie Sakai
It’s CAPW’s most successful female competitor ever vs. perhaps CAPW’s most popular female competitor ever. Lorelei Lee has amassed a very impressive win streak over all who have challenged her in recent months. But will she be as successful against Sakai? Sumie’s performance against Ninja Ranmaru early this year warranted a standing ovation from our capacity crowd. Who will have the edge, and the crowd support this Sunday?
Da Munchies vs. Super Oprah & Carlton Kaz
Da Munchies are quite simply looking out for themselves and damn proud of it. Citing a lack of respect and appreciation from CAPW fans and employees alike, Da Munchies have battered and beaten many men. However, Super Oprah is not like many men. Along with tag team partner Carlton Kaz, Oprah will attempt to stop Da Munchies’ wave of momentum, help herself & Carlton Kaz climb up the ranks of the CAPW tag division, and empower the female gender all in one afternoon.
PLUS: Bonus attractions: -The Bouncer, Ironman, & Canadian Bad Boy vs. Big Joe Norris, Luis Diamante, & Billie Taylor
-Michael Hellborn & Barry Sagittarius vs. Gregory Iron & Action Dan Spade

Thursday September 7, 2006
Late last night Jersey All Pro Wrestling was contacted by a very irate HOMICIDE. When the "Notorious 187" found out that Necro Butcher was headed to JAPW, Homicide demanded to be his very first opponent. "I hate that mother !@#$%^ and want to beat his a$$ in the house that I built, The JAPW Arena (Rahway Rec Center)".
JAPW management then contacted Necro Butcher and made him aware of Homicides comments. The Butcher just screamed into the phone "BRING IT ON" and hung up. These 2 have battled before, with devistating results, but this time, Homicide has the clearcut "homefield" advantage, as this will be Necro Butcher's first JAPW appearance, and will be the first time in over a year that all 3 SST members will be under the same roof.
